Working with along side other construction companys as this residential building is new construction.
This project combined a high-efficiency TPO roof with a seamless liquid-applied waterproofing system for the parapet walls. We installed layers of high-grade insulation to boost energy efficiency, followed by a durable Membrane.
GAF Waterproofing
For the vertical walls and edges (the parapets), we used a specialized GAF liquid system:
• Prep: Applied Multipurpose A and B to create a rock-solid bond.
• Reinforce: Laid a waterproofing membrane along the parapet to prevent cracks and leaks at the seams.
• Seal: Finished with two coats of Surface Seal for double protection against water and sun damage.
