As a PlatinumElite contractor, A-1 can offer the Diamond Pledge™ NDL (no dollar limit) Roof Guarantee on qualifying GAF roof systems, for terms of up to 35 years. Guarantee terms depend on the system, the specification and GAF’s inspection and approval, so we confirm the available guarantee in writing with every proposal.
Manufacturer-Inspected Workmanship
Manufacturer guarantees aren’t issued on trust. GAF field services can inspect qualifying installations before a guarantee is issued, which gives owners, boards and lenders an independent check on the work.
Trained Crews and Current Systems
