About this project
The installation of a high-performance Elevate SBS modified bitumen roofing system engineered for long-term durability and positive drainage. The project began with the strategic installation of tapered polyisocyanurate crickets in low spots, valleys, and behind rooftop equipment to actively direct water toward the drains and eliminate ponding. Mopping hot asphalt across the roof and rolling the Elevate SBS Base Sheet directly into it.. A heavy-gauge metal drip edge was then fastened all around the perimeter over this base layer, and its metal flange was primed to ensure maximum adhesion. To complete the assembly, the Elevate SBS Glass FR Cap Sheet was applied as the top layer.
