Apply Ruberiod GAF Ruberiod 20 1.5 sq roll with HOT Asphalt
Apply a finial GAF Cap Mineral Cap Sheet
Hot Mopped (2) ply of reinforced white granular modified bitumen to all roof curbs, fans
Steep Slope Roofing System:
Remove all existing roofing materials to substrate or a smooth workable surface and haul away.
Replace rotted or damaged roof decking
Install # 30 Felt as per F.B.C
Install Class A fire Barrier GAF Versa Shield
Roof Deck Terminations: Install 26 gauge Galvalume Mill Finish or Kynar paint coated flashings (see color chart) – Bull Nose Drip Edge, Side and Head Wall Flashings, Valley Metal, Hip and Ridge Trim.
Metal Panels: Install 16” Wide, 26 Gauge, Galvalume, Mill Finish or Kynar coated (see color chart), Standing Seam, Single Lock, Metal panels.
