- The Seams: The edges of the sheets are melted together with a hot-air welder, turning the whole roof into one single, waterproof piece.
The Edges: Metal Finishes
- The edges are where most roofs leak, so this system uses premium metal parts.
- TPO-Clad Drip Edge: This is a metal “L” shape at the roof’s edge. It’s coated in TPO, the roof membrane can be welded directly to the metal.
- Stainless Steel Counterflashing: A metal strip tucked into the wall above the roof.
