Waterproofing on Eyebrows

Apply Gaf Cleaning Concentrate followed by GAF Bonding Primer. On all wall flashing and penetrations provide Flexseal Roofing Selant With GAF Premium Fabric followed by 1 coat of white GAF Surface Seal SB Roof Coating followed by a second layer of GRAY GAF Surface Seal SB Roof Coating Top Out With Last Layer of White GAF Surface Seal SB Roof Coating.

Window Replacement: Eco Windows system window wall 400, Eco Window System Series 800 Commercial, Eco Window System Casement Window 500, Eco Window System Casement Fixed 550.

Garage door replacement: FL# 10706.1 Overhead door by Best Rolling Doors.

Low Slope Roofing System (Concrete Deck): Tear off current roofing system to concrete deck followed by installing Soprema Tapered insulation ¼ Slope attached with Soprema DUOTACK followed by a 1/8 Soprema Sopraboard 1/8 also attached with Soprema DUOTACK followed by Soprema Sopralene Flam 180 Base Ply top out with Soprema Sopralene FLAM 180 FR GR ( High Reflective Whit Granules).

Steep Slope System: Full tear off to Wood 5/8 Plywood Re nail Decking as per F.B.C followed by a Tamko #30 ASTM D226 together with GAF Versashield Fire Resistant Roof Deck Protection to meet Current Class A rating assembly followed by a Drexel
MetShield HT to meet the highest standard of Water tightness Warranty

Obstacles: This is a 24hour operating Emergency facility with a lot of in and out traffic as 911 calls come in and they dispatch. We also had to change windows and garage doors while current operation of this building exist.
