Install a GAF Tapered TPO System Fully adhered to the concrete deck where the insulation was sloped ¼ to drains. This roofing system is best for heat resistance and longevity. As well, TPO walkway pads were installed for the mechanical units on the roof.
Roof System: Plywood (Steep Slope) Install Boral Flat Tile over Boral tile underlayment that was self- adhered to plywood deck.
