Henry’s roof coating system over the properly prepared roof surface using Henry’s approved liquid-applied coating materials, including the required primer as needed, base coat, reinforcing polyester fabric at seams, penetrations, drains, flashings, and transition areas, and a final reflective top coat to provide a complete protective waterproofing system. All materials shall be installed in accordance with Henry’s manufacturer’s specifications to improve weather resistance, protect the existing roof surface, and extend the overall service life of the roofing system.
