Tear off existing roofing system to metal deck re secure metal deck to meet insurance requirements install new 2” GAF Energyguard polyiso 4×8 Sheets Fastened with # 15 to metal deck followed by GAF 10×100 Sheets
Warranty: 20 Year NDL
Obstacles: This was an on going metal fabrication with very expensive machinery as we had to tear off the existing roofing system down to the metal deck so we could get to the side laps and end laps of the steel deck including at the joist we had to re fastened everything to the current F.B.C we were working at the time
