Low Slope Roofing System (Concrete Deck)
Install 1/4″ tapered insulation, adhered to the concrete deck, with a minimum R-value of 19 and sloped to drains. Next, install 1/2″ DensDeck Prime in the mechanical area for added protection, adhered over the tapered insulation. Finally, install an Elevate 60 mil TPO membrane, adhered to the insulation using UltraPly bonding adhesive.
Low Slope Roofing System (Waterproofing): Apply GAF Multi-Purpose Primer Part A & B to the terraces. Next, apply a coat of Surface Seal SB and embed GAF HydroStop fabric, extending the flashing 8″ up the wall. Then apply a second coat to the field, along with additional coats as needed to provide enhanced protection.

Obstacles: It only has one access point from the street. Additionally, since this is a new construction project, we must remain patient and coordinate our start until the other trades have completed their work on the roof so we can begin installation.
