This commercial project combined a durable flat roof system with an architectural metal roof to ensure long-term leak protection and proper drainage. On the flat roof, the crew laid down 1/8″ sloped polyiso insulation to prevent standing water, followed by a DensDeck cover board to protect against foot traffic and impact. Heat welded a smooth GAF HW 25 base sheet to the cover board and topped it with a fire-resistant GAF HW FR Granule cap sheet for maximum durability and UV protection.
