Low Slope Roofing System (Concrete Deck)
Tear off current roofing system to concrete deck followed by installing Tremco Tapered Insulation with LRFIA to achieve a ¼ Slope. Followed by a ½” Densdeck Prime Roof Board Adhered to Insulation with LRFIA, then cold adhesive applied Tremco Heavy Duty Base sheet, finally cold adhesive applied Tremco Endure 300 FR.
Steep Slope Roofing System (Wood Deck): Tear off existing shingles to wood deck and adhere 1 ply of Polystick XFR to the Wood deck. Followed by installing Drexel metals standing seam panels.
Warranty: 20 Year NDL Low Slope
Warranty: 35 Year Metal Warranty
Obstacles: This is an adult care center where residents reside and we are limited to working days and working hours and noise level for the residents.
