This restoration project transformed an aging, gravel-surfaced built-up roof into a seamless, highly reflective silicone system without the expense of a complete tear-off. The crew will begin by vacuuming and scraping away all loose gravel debris down to the existing substrate, followed by a high-pressure power wash to strip remaining dirt and chalking agents. Once dry, Tropical asphalt primer will be applied to bleed-block the original substrate and ensure maximum adhesion for the final layer. The roof will then be surfaced with Tropical silicone.
