OBSTACLES
As we need to tear off LWIC and go back with tapered installation following with a waterproofing membrane it makes it very changing on completing all application in one business day to leave project water tight. The amount of tear off will be very small extending the tear off process on this project. As well safety is a big factor as we do not have a parapet wall and to top it off this is a working water plant were we have filtered water right next to are tear off and we are not allowed to have any type of roofing debris fall to does areas.
